The short, honest version of the rules
Rally helps groups pick a destination and dates together — collecting preferences, availability, and votes, then suggesting destinations that fit. By creating an account or joining a trip you agree to these terms.
Rally is provided as-is while in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and although we work hard not to, data could occasionally be lost. Please don't rely on Rally as the only copy of anything important.
Flight costs, hotel costs, daily budgets, and travel times shown in Rally are estimates built from cached searches and averages. They exist to help your group compare options — they are not bookable fares, and the real price when you book will differ. All bookings happen with third parties (airlines, hotels, booking sites) under their own terms; Rally is not part of that transaction.
We may suspend or delete accounts or trips that break these rules.
Trip names, preferences, votes, and other things you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them to your trip's members — that's the whole product. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to delete it.
To the extent the law allows, Rally isn't liable for indirect losses — including a trip that doesn't work out, a booking made on the basis of our estimates, or plans affected by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
